About

Assignment International Minstries

The heart of AIM involves mentoring, equipping and encouraging those on the front lines of ministry, especially pastors and wives.

*To help them stay with the assignment the Lord has given to them

*To teach them what has been learned in 41 years of ministry in

How to know God, His will, and His Kingdom

How to deal with spiritual warfare

How to lead churches in the area of Kingdom prayer

This ministry is primarily done by one on one ministry, but can also be done through conferences and in church settings.

AIM also desires to help mobilize the work of prayer in the lives of Gods people, personally, corporately (church) and area-wide.

Testimonials

It is rare to find a true Man of God. When you do, listen to every word he says. Glean as many unsearchable truths as possible when God blesses you to know a true Man of God. Johnny is that kind of man. I don't call Johnny to talk to him. I call Johnny to listen to him. He communes with God. He speaks what he hears from the Father through the Word and by the Spirit. I have had him preach at my church and can't wait for him to come back as often as possible.

My people know that they have heard from heaven when Johnny opens the Word and ministers in the fullness of the Spirit. I could tell you more about Johnny's heart and ministry. You would do better to welcome him into your church and discover firsthand what it is like to be served by a true Man of God.

Dr. Bob Weber

Senior Pastor Valley Creek Baptist Church

"Humility is getting to the end of yourself and realizing the worth of our Savior and LORD, its thinking about yourself less, it's
simply placing all value on God and none on yourself. Dr. Johnny Fain has illustrated humility in his walk with God. Dr. Johnny is
not just speaking on revival, a vibrant relationship with God or throne room experiences he is living it and equipping others
personally on how to experience the move of our Father. Brother Fain and I have had many meetings and his courage has rushed out his mouth like a river. "Courage is knowing that you are risking people, relationships, reputation, tangible resources, doctrinal stance and even your platform regardless of the cost to serve God. Johnny relentless prayers, friendship, encouragement and apostle Paul like discipleship to grow pastors, ministers, leaders to cast aside the success of the world and church culture while building Kingdom work with God's success has been a paradigm change for me. Any pastor or church leader serious about
revival, establishing a praying church or prayer warrior pastor, missions that are God ordained with sustainability and pastoral
spiritual health will find Dr. Johnny Fain a God sent angel of the Lord. God blesses you to know a true Man of God.

Johnny is that kind of man. I don't call Johnny to talk to him. I call Johnny to listen to him.

He communes with God. He speaks what he hears from the Father through the Word and by the Spirit. I have had him preach at my church and can't wait for him to come back as often as possible.

Lead Pastor, St. James Baptist Church

Dr. Johnny Fain is a true pastor of pastors! I have been blessed to know Johnny Fain for about 7 years and he has been a  consistent source of encouragement to me personally during my years serving at Northeastern Baptist College and as a church revitalizer in West Virginia. Johnny’s continual prayer support, mentorship, and friendship has been a tremendous blessing and support during the challenging moments that come with revitalizing a church. He is a humble, spirit-filled servant of the Lord who uplifts those serving in the trenches of ministry. We need experienced, tenured pastor-mentors like Johnny who keep pastors committed to their calling and churches!
